Yes. Center Parcs Villages in the UK are entirely cashless. Thats from paying for groceries at the parc market to using the arcade machines. It is all done through card payments, contactless payments at that.
Is Center Parcs dog friendly?
Yes..ish. There are a limited number of dog friendly lodges available in each village and there are dedicated dog parks around the sites. However I say 'ish' as most of the venues in the villages are for service dogs only (ie Bella Italia, Hucks, Sports Plaza, Leisure Bowl) with only a handful of dog friendly venues such as The Lakeside and Foresters Inn. And please remember to keep your dog on a lead when walking in the village and be a responsible dog owner.
Are Center Parcs activities refundable?
In general yes. Check with your village and the information page for the activities you have booked but in general they can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the activity starts.
Can I charge my EV at Center Parcs?

Are Center Parcs lodges air conditioned?
No. But let's be realistic here, its the UK you probably won't be needing it.
Do Center Parcs offer day passes?
Family and friends are welcome enter as long as you pre-book special Visitor Passes. Visitors can get stuck into the activities and adventures with you during the day.
How do I book activities and restaurants at Center Parcs?
It's super simple to plan out and book your activities. You can book activities and restaurants online via your Center Parcs account on the official Center Parcs website or at Guest Services inside the village during your stay.
How often can I use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise?
For a brief period during COVID restrictions there was a requirement to book with a limit on how much you could use the swimming but that is no longer the case.
Can Center Parcs provide a cot?
Yup. A break to a Center Parcs village is one of the best places to take a young family. The lodges have cots, bed guard and high chairs (confirm with guest services before arriving to make sure you have the right amount).
Add to that the fact all venues have baby changing and all walkways are pram friendly and accessible makes it ideal for a holiday with little ones.
Can you get baby food and nappies at Center Parcs?
The Parc Market is effectively a mid-sized Co-op. They have a range of baby goods available.
Remember food venues in Center Parcs will offer Ellas Kitchen pouches to little ones free of charge.
Does Center Parcs have wifi?
Across the village there is a good wifi network. You lodge should have good enough wifi to stream Netflix or Disney Plus.
If you need to do a spot of work the wifi should be suitable for that too. Note there is a captive portal so some devices might not connect to the wifi and it is at the end of the day a public network.
Does Center Parcs have smart tvs?
No. All lodge do have fairly modern TVs with an easy to access panel with an HMDI input. You can bring your own devices (iPad, Fire Stick, Switch etc) and connect to both the TV and the village wifi.
Does Center Parcs have a price promise?
Yes. If you book your break at Center Parcs using the Come Back Soon Offer you will have the price promise protection. If you notice the price for your break has went down, phone up Center Parcs and they will refund the difference.
